General
1) By accepting this T&C, you agree to abide by the rule and regulations of Desi Rhythms of Atlanta, LLC. I also understand that the management (i.e. organizers of Desi Rhythms of Atlanta, LLC) reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations periodically with or without notice to its members.
2) By requesting for this membership, that might or may not expire, you express genuine interest in promoting and performing for Desi Rhythm of Atlanta, LLC. You shall not at any time engage in activities that conflicts with the terms and conditions of this notice.
3) You will be responsible for use and damage of any property that may belong to Desi Rhythm of Atlanta, LLC or its members. In the event of such damage, Desi Rhythm of Atlanta, LLC has the right to recover the expenses from you or deduct from your future earnings, if any from Desi Rhythm of Atlanta, LLC.
4) If you agree to a performance and its practice schedule, you shall do the best to honor the commitment unless you specify to the management in advance of your emergency situation asking for absenteeism.
5) By accepting your membership, Desi Rhythms of Atlanta, LLC does not grant you any stakes / shares / partnership or guarantee event participation in either paid or voluntary performances.
6) Desi Rhythms of Atlanta, LLC cam refuse or reject or terminate your membership at anytime with or without any reasons and prior notice. It also does not bear any liabilities towards you or any members in doing so.
Media Waiver and Release Notice
1) I hereby grant to Desi Rhythms of Atlanta, LLC the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission in respect of photographic portraits or pictures or videos or profile information that they have taken from me or written about me in which I may be included with others, to copyright the same, in his/her own name or otherwise; to use re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising and trade, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection therewith if he/she so chooses.
2) I hereby release and discharge Desi Rhythms of Atlanta, LLC from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs or videos or profile information, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom he/she took the photographs.
3) I am of full age and competent to sign this release. I have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above release and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
